On October 24th, Arc De Soleil will be stopping at the 9:30 Club for their La Mirage Tour, which kicked off this July in California. Sri Lanka–born multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, composer, and producer Daniel Kadawatha created the project Arc De Soleil as a way to connect with his roots, inspired by the sound of his father’s guitar. While based in Sweden, Arc De Soleil draws influence from sounds and artists around the world like Khruangbin, blending laid-back grooves and soulful melodies into a distinctly Thai-funk inspired sound.
The tour celebrates the release of Lumin Rain, Arc De Soleil’s newest album, which dropped in June 2025. The record builds on the dreamy, instrumental textures fans have come to love, offering a hypnotic mix of funk, jazz, and psychedelic soundscapes. Tracks like “Velvet Mirage” and “Sunchaser” showcase Kadawatha’s signature blend of warmth and wanderlust, taking listeners on a journey through shimmering guitars and fluid rhythms.
Following their D.C. performance, Arc De Soleil will continue the La Mirage Tour through major cities across North America and Europe, marking their largest headline run to date. Known for immersive live shows and genre-bending sound, Arc De Soleil promises an evening that feels both transportive and deeply personal. Get your tickets now!
