Real Estate hails from New Jersey and blends summery beach pop and laid back psychedelic rock to create a unique sound that can be found here on their myspace page. Opening for them will be Family Portrait and Georgetown’s own City Folk.

The Hood Internet
Originally from Chicago, The Hood Internet has gained a considerable following by taking different genres and artists from alternative rock to early hip-hop to indie music and pop to produce upbeat mashups that make you want to dance. Check out their website which they update almost daily and download their songs! Rafter will be opening for them after Georgetown’s own Stout Cortez gets the crowd on their feet.
